Accessibility statement

1. Commitment

The Universidade de Vigo / TIAS lab is committed to making this website accessible, in line with Royal Decree 1112/2018, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public-sector websites.

2. Compliance status

This website has been designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In line with the Universidade de Vigo accessibility framework, and pending a formal external conformance audit, the site is declared partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018: most content meets the requirements, with the limitations noted in section 4. This statement was prepared on 16 June 2026.

3. How we designed for accessibility

• Semantic HTML, descriptive headings and link text.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Keyboard-operable navigation and a responsive, zoomable layout.
• Colour combinations chosen and checked for readable text contrast (WCAG AA).

4. Known limitations

Some linked PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve them or to offer accessible alternatives on request.
