Offshore wind in Galicia in line with ORRI principles. Thirteen recommendations from the CoBlue community forum
Abstract
Galicia is one of the areas of Spain with the greatest potential for offshore wind. To make its development just and sustainable, in June 2025 the CoBlue project brought together public administrations, companies, research centres and civil society organisations in a community forum. The forum applied the six principles of Open and Responsible Research and Innovation (ORRI) to every stage of offshore wind implementation, from planning to monitoring.
